I was born in Veggiano (PD) in 1963 and entered the Dominican Apostolic School in Rubano (PD) at a very young age of 13. Later I went to S. Ruffillo (BO) where I completed my high school studies.
At the age of 21 I joined the Friars Preachers after a year of novitiate. After completing my philosophical and theological studies in Bologna, I was ordained priest in 1990 by Cardinal Lucas M. Neves, Archbishop of San Salvador and Primate of Brazil.
I carried out my first priestly ministry in the parish of S. Ruffillo in Bologna for 5 years, then in Mantua in the parish of S. Antonio di Porto Mantovano.
After a year spent in the convent of S. Maria delle Grazie in Milan, I was transferred to the parish of Sacro Cuore in Lugano, where I served the community for 20 years, first as assistant parish priest and then as parish priest.
Since 2018 I have been appointed parish priest of the community of Saints John and Paul in Venice. I am passionate about singing within the liturgy and especially in the celebration of the Eucharist; I also dabble in hobbies and DIY.
